The rezekimu Black Pepper Dumpling (Siew Mai) is a tasty morsel in the Dim Sum world. It is an open-faced steam dumpling traditionally made with chicken meat wrapped in wonton pastry, steamed and served in cute little bamboo baskets. One is never enough so sure to make some extras, which can be popped into the freezer for later.
The rezekimu Black Pepper Dumpling made with mixture of black pepper seed in our chicken filling which able to spice it up and is slightly spicy. Super Delicious match with our sweet sauce or garlic chili sauce.
After defrosting, use medium heat to steam over around 7-10 minutes and ready to serve.
